Job summary

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Strategic Planning and Intelligence Head to lead data-driven strategies for optimizing supply chain and nationwide sales fulfillment. The role centers on KPI management, cross-functional influence, and delivering actionable insights to maintain healthy inventory and drive sales performance.

The position requires a minimum of 12 years total experience, 5 years in a leadership role, fluency in English and Korean, and advanced Excel and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, economics or statistics.
• Team Leader with at least 5 years of experience and a total of 12+ years in work experience.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and handling number-heavy reports.
• Advanced skills in AI.
• Willingness to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management of SCM KPIs across customer accounts and Home Appliance product lines.
• Coordinate and negotiate supply deliveries globally to ensure stock allocation and hit sales targets.
• Align CE department deliveries weekly to fulfil customer POs and nationwide stock needs.
• Analyze sales KPIs to maintain healthy nationwide inventory (Sell In/Out, WOS, Run Rate, Display) and propose mitigating actions.
• Coordinate deliveries from SEPCO warehouse to customers nationwide.
