Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable with large datasets and fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations strategy, logistics, e-commerce, analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream execution from planning through to launch.
• Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end: scope landscape, identify gaps, surface constraints.
• Build and maintain planning models: forecasts, rollout plans, ramp-up models, SOP templates.
• Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination: weekly status, manage risks, align with stakeholders through go-live and review.
• Analyze performance and close the loop: monitor KPIs, root cause analysis, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders: decision-ready reports and leadership decks.
• Support and guide analysts: review work and help structure problems.
