Job summary

The University of the Arts Singapore Ltd. seeks a Manager, Planning and Development to support the Planning and Development Division in creating new work areas and implementing plans, budgets and systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience (including in a project management role) preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning.
• Strong ability to think critically and analytically with a keen eye for detail.
• Intellectual curiosity with interest in developments in higher education and arts education.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and provide secretariat support for university committees and/or workgroups to prepare submissions.
• Develop, plan, distribute, and track quality enhancement projects after reviews.
• Develop, plan, budget, and organise on-site validation exercises by External Review Panels.
• Support development and incubation of new areas of work under various Offices of the Planning and Development Division.
