Job summary

iMAZ Corp. is seeking a Trade & Partnership Coordinator to build and manage relationships with clients, brands, and partners. You will support business development, trade initiatives, and corporate accounts from inquiry through completion.

You will research opportunities, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet partner requirements. The role requires on-site work in Makati and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, trade marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, companies, and external partners.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple client requirements and opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
• Willing to attend client meetings and business events when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, business partners, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements, proposals, and partnership activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership materials.
• Assist in coordinating corporate and trade account requirements from inquiry to completion.
• Follow up with clients and partners regarding proposals, approvals, orders, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client and partner requirements are properly handled.
• Assist in meetings, presentations, business events, and partnership activities.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, partners, and business opportunities.
• Monitor ongoing partnership opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
