Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle Finance Senior Associate to configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Financials across GL, AP, AR, and cash management. You will analyze complex finance requirements, design solutions, and mentor junior team members within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.

You will contribute to client engagements by interpreting financial data, supporting system adoption, and delivering work aligned with PwC methodologies and client goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–8 years of relevant experience.
Oral and written English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules across GL, AP, AR, cash management.
Analyze finance requirements and translate into system design and process improvements.
Prepare functional specs, testing scenarios, and issue resolution activities.
Interpret financial process data to identify gaps and support system adoption.
Develop client relationships through responsive support and clear status updates.
Coordinate with senior team members to manage deliverables and project objectives.
Review configuration results and transaction flows to validate accuracy.
Assist with knowledge transfer, user guidance, and documentation for Oracle finance solutions.
