Transcom in Davao, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead the Davao site across profit and growth, service delivery, and client interaction. The role requires strong leadership and business execution across the areas of profit, people, and client partnerships.

You will drive forecasts, budgets, performance targets, and ensure high employee engagement while maintaining the Transcom standard of service for our clients.

Qualifications

• Led an operations team in a customer service environment (Telco and Sales).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to derive trends from data and perform RCA.
• Experience in performance-driven environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive profit and growth for the assigned business area through budget management and forecasting.
• Define team needs with HR and develop leader capability and training needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong client relationships for growth.
