Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytics, consulting, research, operations, technology, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL is a must-have.
• Pandas-python or any experience with tabular data is a plus.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and break them into manageable pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to work independently.
• Genuine interest in Karya's mission and creating real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance and product data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support process, and strategic initiatives through research, user/team insights, quantitative analysis, scenario modelling, and structured problem-solving.
• Own the measurement layer for product initiatives, identify data sources and pull KPIs defined in product/business requirements.
• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and decision-support tools to improve visibility and enable data-driven decisions.
• Turn ambiguous questions into structured problems, actionable recommendations, and clear decision documents.
