Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Prin Spclst, Procurement (P3) to act as a Subject Matter Expert in Non-Product Procurement. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive sourcing strategies, govern contracts, and manage supplier performance to meet cost and schedule targets.

You will collaborate with CoE, site stakeholders, and legal teams to ensure compliant, value-added outcomes while mitigating risks in a complex manufacturing environment across global supply chains.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of non-product procurement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience with contract governance and renegotiation processes.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects with CoE and site stakeholders for non-product procurement.
• Lead sourcing strategy development and RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, involving legal/GT/ECO as needed.
