The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent, at least 5 years of related experience, and be based in the Philippines

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years related experience and valid work status in the Philippines.
• Meticulous with high integrity and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a regional hub setting.

• Propose local inputs for the MRO Aircraft Strategy to the Head of Operations.
• Execute locally the Regional MRO Aircraft Strategy and forecast activities.
• Develop and maintain regional MRO resources and capabilities plan.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective MRO contract execution and performance standards.
