Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Selection and Buying: Prepare merchandise selections during the scheduled buying process and ensure thorough items documentation.
• Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand; develop projections for assortment, sales and inventory needs.
• Sales and Stock Planning: Develop and implement sales and stock plans for each store; ensure the right assortment based on local preferences, size and location.
• Supplier Negotiations and Product Development: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers; collaborate with teams to enhance product offerings.
• Reporting and Strategy: Prepare and present reports and strategies to top management; adjust plans based on sales performance and analysis.
