Job summary

Rustan Commercial Corporation is seeking an MPC Officer to support the MPC Manager in monitoring budget performance, sales and inventory plans to meet financial objectives. The role emphasizes analysis and proactive recommendations across merchandising, pricing and promotions.

You will collaborate with Finance, IS and Merchandising to ensure data accuracy in the inventory system, generate reports, and help optimize stock levels, margins and incentive strategies for top brands.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Business/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning and analysis/ budget allocation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review information for business planning to improve sales, gross margin, and inventory management.
• Review monthly management performance reports by brand and identify top brands per division.
• Monitor stock positioning and prevent store shortages; manage reorders.
• Ensure pricing/proposals comply with Sell Thru Policy and Markdown Scheme.
• Generate reports on gross margins, sales, rebates, and merchandising incentives.
• Coordinate with IS to verify inventory data; ensure price events align with proposals.
