Job summary

Rustan Commercial Corporation in Makati seeks an MPC Officer to support budget performance monitoring, sales and inventory plans to hit financial targets. Responsibilities include business analysis, pricing, reporting, and coordination with IT for data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in merchandise planning, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a degree in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning and analysis/budget allocation.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review information for business planning to improve sales, gross margin, and inventory planning.
• Monitor and report on Monthly Management Performance Reports by brand; identify top brands per division.
• Ensure compliance with Sell Thru Policy and Markdown Scheme; analyze inventory for sale opportunities.
• Coordinate with IS Division to ensure data accuracy in inventory systems; verify price events.
• Train MPC analysts and merchandising executives; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
