Job summary

Crawford & Company seeks a Marketing Specialist in Manila to drive external and internal communications initiatives across business units. The role requires strong writing, editing, and project management skills, plus experience with PowerPoint, Canva/Adobe CC, and CRM systems. Limited travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 3–5 years in corporate marketing/communications, preferably B2B.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear messages.
• Highly organized with proven project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for visuals.
• Experience with design tools (Adobe CC or Canva) and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Supports marketing and communications for assigned business units.
• Develops client-facing and executive presentations with brand guidelines.
• Collaborates with Global Creative team on design requirements and formats.
• Oversees social media strategies for assigned units.
• Creates marketing content, including thought leadership pieces.
• Executes email marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintains marketing databases, email platforms, and CRM records.
• Supports Sales/Account teams with collateral and events.
