You will drive negotiations, manage vendors, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory frameworks, while developing a high-performing sourcing team.

The role requires a strong network with transporters and freight forwarders, and the ability to operate in a dynamic logistics landscape with a focus on TCO and service levels.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing/supply chain with 3+ years in management.
• Strong network with transporters, freight forwarders, and vessel providers.
• Able to plan dynamically in fast-paced logistics environments.
• Excellent communication to challenge stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops regional/global logistics sourcing strategies and opportunities.
• Executes negotiations for local volumes, pricing, and SLAs.
• Evaluates and mitigates supply chain risks and drives performance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Leads and develops sourcing specialists.
