Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Leasing Associate in Metro Manila to source and secure real estate for its growing logistics network, including warehouses and drop-off hubs.

You will lead site sourcing, negotiate favorable lease terms, manage contract administration, and maintain strong landlord relations while coordinating with internal teams to obtain permits and ensure compliant, cost-efficient branch deployments across the network. Travel to field locations for site inspections is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate acquisition.
• Strong bargaining capabilities to secure cost-effective lease terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with property owners and corporate legal teams.
• Willingness to travel to field locations for site inspections and landlord meetings.

Responsibilities

• Site Sourcing: Finding strategic locations for new branches, sorting hubs, and storage facilities.
• Lease Negotiation: Negotiating rental rates, terms, and conditions with landlords to minimize operational costs.
• Contract Administration: Processing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring legal compliance.
• Landlord Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for property owners to handle issues, repairs, or contract disputes.
• Permit Coordination: Cooperating with internal teams to secure necessary local government permits for newly leased spaces.
• Document Management: Organizing and archiving physical and digital copies of all active lease records.
