Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree.
• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• At least 8 years of legal experience in law firm or in-house.
• Experience supporting IT-BPO or shared services is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to management on corporate, labor, employment, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents.
• Support litigation, governance, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Liaise with government and regulatory agencies as needed.
