Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Land Securement Officer based in Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines. The role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and securing land for renewable energy project development, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive community impact.

Responsibilities include documentation, permitting, site inspections, data management, and strong stakeholder relations with local communities and government units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in land securement, acquisition, or related field.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with landowners, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of property law, titling procedures and zoning regulations.
• Familiarity with survey plans and land-related documentation (GIS/GPS).
• Willingness to work in office and field settings; travel to project sites.
• Willingness to be temporarily assigned to other Acciona Energía projects in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and secure land for project development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental/social considerations are met.
• Handle documentation, permitting and compliance support; facilitate site inspections.
• Manage data, GIS records, and stakeholder relations with communities and LGUs.
• Support CSR/External Affairs to maintain project timelines with stakeholders.
