Hongheng Construction Group Phils., Ltd. Inc. is seeking a skilled land acquisition specialist for an on-site role in Pasay.

You will independently investigate land ownership, verify titles, tax records, and encumbrances for solar farm parcels, coordinating with owners and agencies. You will map heirs, prepare the acquisition plan, and escalate where needed. The role requires 3+ years of experience with land due diligence, familiarity with Registry of Deeds, LRA, and DENR records, and the

3+ years experience in land acquisition or land due diligence.
Familiarity with land records such as Registry of Deeds, LRA, DENR.
Willingness to coordinate with counsel and agencies.

Mansioni

Build an affected-lot inventory with title copies and tax records.
Investigate cadastral maps, survey plans, and lot data; refer discrepancies to a licensed geodetic engineer.
Assemble DENR records for tax-declaration land and coordinate inquiries with LRA/denr.
Interview families to map heirs and gather required documents per counsel.
Maintain an acquisition-stage action plan per parcel with deadlines and risk rating.
Coordinate EJS, affidavits, and conveyance docs with Legal/Finance/Tax; do not issue opinions.
