Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Entomology), Microbiology or Biology is required.
• 2–3 years related experience with strong sales or customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer needs and build long-term relationships for high satisfaction.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitors.
• Maintain customer accounts with good credit status and cash collection.
• Prevent contract terminations and drive customer retention.
• Achieve Key Accounts KPIs and ensure cross-functional communication.
• Promote company products and services while upholding standards and policies.
• Handle complaints with urgency following company procedures.
