Job summary

Yara Philippines is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive sales of fertilizers and related products. You will nurture strategic partnerships across the agricultural value chain and develop pricing strategies aligned with regional guidelines.

Reporting to the Country Manager and joining the Yara Philippines Leadership Team, you will influence multiple teams while delivering growth and profitability in a dynamic market landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers, or commodities.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine agricultural landscape and regulatory framework.
• Expertise in fertilizers, crop nutrition, and agricultural markets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth of Urea, TPP NPK, and other commodity products while managing key accounts.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and ensure compliance with HESQ and product stewardship; lead CIF transition and contract negotiations.
