The role collaborates with Property, Project Management, IT, and Finance to ensure cost-effective procurements that meet technical standards and project timelines.

Required: a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in purchasing; familiarity with procurement processes, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
• Familiar with technical specifications and procurement guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficient in data handling and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify reliable suppliers and canvass sheets.
• Ensure supplier compliance with required legal documents (e.g., permits).
• Process PRFs with complete specs and data sheets.
• Benchmark prices and analyze costs to optimize procurement expenses.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best value while preserving quality.
• Track savings versus budget for each procurement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Property, Project Management, IT for processing.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to schedules.
• Maintain records and documentation for transparency and reporting.
