Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Business Manager to drive Sales and Marketing strategies nationwide. You will balance licence, services IP and maintenance to meet annual revenue and EBIT targets, leading a cross-functional team with a focus on analytics and SAP solutions.

You will partner with consulting and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction, develop new business, and optimise go-to-market activities across geographies.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years’ IT/enterprise sales experience

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota by region and revenue streams
• Develop and implement sales strategies across geographies
• Lead and coach a diverse sales team with regular performance reviews
• Forge and maintain partnerships with business partners and customers
