Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Philippines to drive complex initiatives across multiple workstreams. You will oversee initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing phases, ensuring alignment with business cases and stakeholder expectations.

You will monitor performance, adjust scope/schedule/budgets as needed, communicate status, and balance competing constraints to deliver successful deployments. Hybrid work with US hours (BGC) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Intermediate Planview knowledge preferred.
• Financial acumen; manage budgets up to USD 5M preferred.
• Presentation skills; clear articulation of plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize; plan, organize, monitor, and close a project.
• Willing to work US hours in a hybrid setup (BGC).
• Internal candidates must be in a P2/P3/M1 role for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of project management lifecycle from initiate to close.
• Monitors performance and recommends scope/schedule/budget adjustments.
• Prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Balances constraints to manage project success across scope, quality, schedule, funding, and risk.
• Establishes relationships; negotiates resources with stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains deployment plans across multiple workstreams.
• Leads go-live support and mitigates risks and issues.
