Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced IT Program & Project Manager to lead complex programs within the IT function.

You will organize project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery in a hybrid setup supporting US hours. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4–8 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Planview and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Planview experience preferred.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets up to USD 5M preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project.
• Willing to work US hours in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of project management processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing).
• Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, budget or resource adjustments aligned with business case.
• Prioritizes tasks, communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Balances constraints to manage project success across scope, quality, schedule, funding and resources.
• Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals.
• Establishes and maintains key cross-functional relationships.
• Negotiates resource needs with stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains integrated deployment plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinates among cross-functional owners to align with program timeline.
• Triages issues, creates risk/issue logs and mitigation plans.
• Prepares detailed deployment plans and transition management tools.
• Leads go-live support to track and resolve risks.
