Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Must communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated and able to adapt to various project environments.
• Good scholastic record and willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more teams of technical staff tasked with the development of application systems.
• In-charge of managing requirements of the application systems under development.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates all phases of multiple consulting engagements.
• Initiates project walk-throughs to audit progress against specifications and design.
• Oversees overall planning and coordination for smooth implementation of systems.
• Influences strategic direction and applies consulting approaches with current trends.
• Manages profitability of engagements and controls budgets and resources.
• Seeks senior management support when scheduling, resources, or technical issues arise.
• Participates in contract negotiations and develops relationships with clients at management levels.
• Handles complex medium-sized accounts.
