Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller – 3PL in Mandaluyong City to oversee inventory accuracy across 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, commissaries, and retail operations. The role ensures accurate records, reconciliations, and coordination with logistics providers to maintain inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory control within a 3PL or retail environment, plus hands-on experience with SAP ERP or WMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics.
Experience with 3PL providers and distribution centers preferred.
Experience with SAP ERP or other WMS/ERP inventory systems.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel to warehouses and stores as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory movement across 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, commissaries, and stores.
Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled between warehouse operations and ERP systems.
Coordinate inventory receiving, transfers, returns, adjustments, and dispatch with 3PL partners.
Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances and discrepancies.
Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and annual inventory activities with internal teams and logistics providers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory controls and warehouse processes.
