Job summary

Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Pasig, Metro Manila to manage stock levels and optimize warehouse inventory to meet service goals. You will monitor inbound/outbound activities, track transfers, and coordinate with business units for disposition and reporting.

Responsibilities include regular inventory counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and ensuring FEFO compliance to support cost-effective operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Managing company's inventory level to ensure warehouse is keeping the optimal stock inventory level.
• Controlling inbound and outbound day to day operations.
• Identifying slow moving and non-moving SKUs and cascade to BU's for move-out plans.
• Prepare the Sotex report and align with the Business Units for immediate disposition.
• Initiate weekly to monthly physical and cycle inventory count.
• Ensure FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily inbound/outbound inventory activities.
• Verify inbound records against actual receipts from containers.
• Track outbound stock transfers to other depots and summarize variances.
• Identify slow/non-moving SKUs and coordinate disposition with BU's.
• Prepare and share Sotex reports with Sales/Marketing and BU's.
• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts; investigate and reconcile variances.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO and internal inventory policies.
