Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project/program management, operations, organizational development, conservation, or related fields.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership from idea to implementation.
• Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer service orientation and people management.
• Comfortable learning and implementing digital tools and new organizational systems.
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams, teams, partners, and technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and institutionalize systems to improve efficiency and coordination (digital workflows, SOPs, dashboards).
• Lead or coordinate conservation or sustainable tourism programs and networks.
• Coordinate major grants, work plans, targets, budgets, deliverables, reporting.
• Monitor organizational and program performance; identify funding opportunities (geotourism).
• Lead priority cross‑departmental projects and initiatives.
• Provide coordination support to senior management during growth periods and transitions.
