Job summary

Kalbe Ecossential International – Philippines is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR and General Affairs for our PH operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, implement policies, ensure labor law compliance, and oversee office administration to drive operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in HRGA/HRBP within pharma or FMCG, plus strong stakeholder management and localized labor-law expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HRGA Manager, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner in pharma or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner by managing the entire employee lifecycle for the Philippines.
• Implement HR policies and programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement, learning and development, and welfare activities.
• Oversee General Affairs operations, including office administration, facilities management, and supplies.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and people initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, manpower planning, and other HR projects as required.
