One Call Solutions is seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Manager responsible for overseeing HR functions and talent acquisition. This role ensures the company attracts and retains top talent while managing compliance and employee experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO HR, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs.
