Job summary

Roots of Health in the Philippines seeks an HIV Programs Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of HIV/AIDS initiatives. Reporting to the HIV Programs Director, you will oversee the program team and ensure high-quality, compliant services.

You will collaborate with community partners, health facilities, and government agencies to strengthen prevention, testing, treatment, and support services, while incorporating rights-based, stigma-reducing approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work or related field.
• Several years of experience managing HIV/AIDS or public health programs, including supervision of staff.
• Experience working with underserved or at-risk communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HIV program coordinators and staff.
• Design and implement comprehensive HIV/AIDS programs aligned with guidelines.
• Engage underserved and at-risk populations; address barriers to care.
• Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure outcomes and inform improvements.
• Ensure program activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
