• Minimum 8–15 years of finance, expense management, budgeting or FP&A experience.
• Experience leading large teams and multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of expense management strategies, policies, and controls across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor operating expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with business leaders to support financial planning and expense-related decisions.
• Prepare and present management reports and expense analyses to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial trends to provide strategic insights for decisions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting and expense management.
