Angkas is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting and forecast governance in a fast-paced mobility and fintech environment. You will build driver-based models, analyze variances, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional leaders.

You will also develop scenarios, dashboards, and reporting to support strategic investments and business decisions, while partnering with Transport Ops, Marketing, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Econ; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus.
• 5–8 yrs FP&A/commercial finance experience; mobility/fintech/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel; ERP exposure (NetSuite ideal); BI tool; SQL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned business functions, developing bottom-up budgets aligned with strategic priorities.
• Own rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and budget-versus-actual reviews, ensuring financial discipline across teams.
• Build driver-based forecasting models that connect operational metrics with financial performance.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial results and explain key variances through revenue, GMV, gross margin, EBITDA, and cost-driver bridges.
• Pull, validate, and analyze financial and operational data independently; build dashboards and reports.
