Job summary

Our Clients in Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a logistics context. The role requires 5+ years in FP&A, 2+ years of people management, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

You will collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and reporting processes. You will mentor the FP&A team, ensure timely and compliant reporting, and present insights to senior leadership to support strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
At least 5 years of FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
Prior logistics industry experience with understanding of operations, cost drivers, and profitability.
2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing finance teams.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using SAP or Oracle and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support business strategy and financial performance.
Monitor costs, profitability, and key business drivers while providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support planning and performance management.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and improve processes.
Lead and develop the FP&A team while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and analysis.
