Job summary

Our Clients in Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a logistics context. The role requires 5+ years in FP&A, 2+ years of people management, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

You will collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and reporting processes. You will mentor the FP&A team, ensure timely and compliant reporting, and present insights to senior leadership to support strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
• Prior logistics industry experience with understanding of operations, cost drivers, and profitability.
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing finance teams.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using SAP or Oracle and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
