Job summary

PM Consulting in Alabang is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions. You will monitor profitability, develop dashboards, and deliver insights to senior management.

The role requires 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and leadership experience within a logistics context. The position is onsite in Alabang with opportunity to shape finance processes and mentor the FP&A team while partnering with Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• At least 5 years FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling and analysis.
• Logistics industry experience with understanding of costs and profitability.
• 2+ years people management experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in SAP or Oracle; good communicator.

• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and improve processes.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of FP&A experience with strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis skills.

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using SAP or Oracle and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
