Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance / FP&A to partner with the business and own core planning and analysis. You will build the financial models behind key decisions, lead budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear variance analysis and commentary to protect and grow topline and margins.

The role involves team leadership, broader strategic work across analytics, cost, risk, and strategy, with senior leadership exposure and opportunities in M&A/JV analysis.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, commercial, or strategic finance experience in FMCG/CPG or food & beverage
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, able to build analyses from scratch
• Good understanding of FMCG economics: gross-to-net, trade spend, price/mix, COGS

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models behind key business and strategic decisions
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to aid decision-making
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve margin, cash, and growth
• Turn data across the business into decision-ready insights and dashboards
• Support cost agenda across COGS, trade spend, overheads, and working capital
• Lead and develop FP&A analysts and specialists
• Grow exposure to M&A/JV analysis and investor relations narratives
