Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager, FP&A (regional focus) to join our regional finance partnering team. You will collaborate with regional functions to develop our businesses across our three brands and translate P&L and cash flow analyses into strategic guidance for the region.

You will build robust financial models, monitor performance, and partner with senior leadership to drive value through investments, cost optimization, and streamlined reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–8+ years in FP&A, finance business partnering, investment banking, or strategy consulting in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for regional operations.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and communicate variance causes and trends.
• Partner with regional leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for investments and cost control.
• Serve as main contact for regional functions and help establish scalable processes.
• Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives across the region.
