Job summary

Alorica is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead financial assessment and execution tracking for regional strategic initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure financial visibility, monitor operational performance, and drive disciplined project execution across GP metrics.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in FP&A with managerial experience, strong skills in financial modeling, and proficiency in Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven project management with ROI tracking and business case development.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
• Advanced English level (B2).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust financial models to evaluate profitability and project viability.
• Serve as the Project Manager for key regional initiatives, tracking timelines and financial deliverables.
• Provide actionable financial insights based on data analysis and trend interpretation.
• Prepare presentations for Board meetings and senior leadership forums.
