Alorica is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead financial assessment and execution tracking for regional strategic initiatives. You will build robust models to evaluate profitability, monitor GP$, GP%, and other KPIs, and serve as Project Manager coordinating timelines and financial deliverables.

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles.
Strong financial modeling, ROI tracking, and business case development.
Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead financial assessment and execution tracking of regional strategic initiatives.
Develop robust models evaluating profitability, ROI, GP$, and GP%.
Serve as Project Manager for regional initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Monitor performance and ensure ROI targets are met with actionable insights.
Lead scenario planning for expansion or portfolio optimization.
Prepare materials for Board and senior leadership forums.
Translate results into clear strategic recommendations.
