Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling across the region. You will partner with regional leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations that support growth, profitability, and strategic investments.

The role requires advanced Excel, SQL/Tableau/Power BI skills, robust business acumen, and excellent communication to influence C‑suite partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–8+ years of FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling capability with strong data-analysis skills using analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence senior decision-makers and present to C-suite executives.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with ownership to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: develop and maintain robust models and templates for regional planning and decision making.
• Performance Analysis & KPI Management: monitor monthly financial performance, explain variances, highlight trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Business Partnering: advise senior regional leadership and translate finance data into clear recommendations for investments.
• Support Regional Functions: serve as primary finance contact for regional functions to hit targets and optimize KPIs.
• Optimization & Value Creation: lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives across the region.
