Biomedia Holdings is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and drive financial planning, performance analytics and strategic decision-making across the business.

The role reports to the Finance leadership and collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insights, build robust financial models and support growth initiatives in a dynamic, Asia-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting or financial business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and business performance analysis.
• Experience in distribution, trading, manufacturing or supply-chain-driven environment preferred.
• Self-driven, commercially minded and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis, providing clear insights into financial and business performance.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to analyse revenue, margins, costs, inventory and key commercial drivers.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic planning, investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Drive cash flow, working capital and financial performance management, with oversight of treasury activities, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and governance while delivering accurate, timely and actionable information to senior management.
