HRTx Inc. seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee enterprise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The role partners with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic objectives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The position emphasizes accurate financial modeling, performance reporting, and capital planning, including CapEx evaluations and cross-functional collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• CPA required with 6–7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting and consolidation.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis or M&A is highly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management reports on enterprise performance vs budget and forecast.
• Lead quarterly financial reports for executive leadership, highlighting results, drivers and risks.
• Oversee monthly cash flow reporting, below-EBITDA items, and CapEx performance.
• Drive annual budgeting, consolidate divisional budgets, and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Provide financial analyses to support Board approval and budget alignment discussions.
• Review CapEx/OpEx proposals and advise on strategic investments.
