Atlan Stormwater Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to enable strategic decision-making across finance, commercial, and operations.

The role requires a CPA/CIMA or equivalent with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, and hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite. You will build advanced models, dashboards, and insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CPA or CIMA or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Manufacturing and distribution experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in financial modelling and delivering actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Analyse financial results, operational and commercial data to drive sound decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor economic trends and industry developments to assess impacts on the business.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
