Job summary

Revayah Capital in the Philippines seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations for USPS mail deliveries. You will assign drivers and assets to routes, monitor progress with Samsara and Trax, and address safety concerns while coordinating with supervisors.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with readiness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. An NBI or police clearance is required upon acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with transportation software and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers, trucks, and trailers to routes and relay trip instructions.
• Monitor departures, arrivals, and progress using Samsara and Trax.
• Coordinate coverage for driver absences, breakdowns, delays, and schedule changes.
• Communicate with drivers and USPS facilities about delivery status.
• Review hours-of-service logs and driver qualifications for compliance.
• Escalate safety or compliance issues to management promptly.
• Maintain records of route assignments, delays, incidents, and handoffs.
