CIS Bayad Center, Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning in Metro Manila.

The role requires coordination with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate statements and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, and forecasting, along with 3–5 years of managerial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy is required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit and financial planning.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit financial reports, including stand-alone and consolidated reports, and MERALCO reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prepare annual financial statements with notes and analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for year-end audit requirements.
• Prepare BOD materials and reports for Financial Controller and CFO review.
• Review monthly variance analysis vs. budget for standalone and consolidated results.
