Confidential Careers is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist in Danao City, Cebu to partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams. The role focuses on delivering robust financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to improve margins and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, with at least 1 year in finance or business analysis, and preferably experience in manufacturing or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA or finance certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing, food production, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost control.
• Experience with profitability analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasts to support targets.
• Evaluate profitability through cost analysis and performance reviews.
• Identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities to improve margins.
• Build financial models for investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Generate regular management reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct variance analysis and monitor key financial indicators for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational plans.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial data used for reporting.
