• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).

• Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the food group, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements in financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team, fostering development and accountability.
