Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, including R2R, P2P, and O2C, as well as financial reporting, cost management, and compliance.
• CPA (or equivalent professional certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record-to-Report execution: assign and review journal entries, reconciliations, and substantiation.
• Month-end close ownership, intercompany transactions, and regulatory reporting support.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll inputs, benefits costs, and compensation analysis.
