HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned finance professional in the Metro Manila area to own and manage the month-end close process. You will ensure accurate reconciliations, robust accruals, and timely reporting while supporting audits and disclosures.

Experience across revenue recognition, consolidations, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; Oracle or SAP) is essential. The role offers exposure to a SaaS environment and opportunities to streamline finance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Broad finance and accounting knowledge across the full month-end close cycle.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and consolidations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; Oracle or SAP).

Aufgaben

• Complete own month-end close tasks on time including reconciliations.
• Manage key accounting areas: revenue recognition, intangibles, provisions, intercompany.
• Back-up for AR/AP functions.
• Prepare and post accruals monthly, ensuring accuracy.
• Support half-year audits and year-end reporting.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for automation.
